In April 2023, the Port of Seattle's Service Agreements (SA0 embarked on a strategic lean improvement journey to better serve our internal and external clients. As part of the strategic lean plan, 17 lean improvements were identified after conducting stakeholder engagement meetings-- some of which impacted the Port's capital delivery program.
