Topics include how to:\n\n \n\n Conduct a test run before the virtual meeting or interview.\n Adapt to the client's virtual meeting program.\n Build and share an agenda to keep the participants focused.\n Use proper lighting to avoid an unflattering appearance.\n Ensure your audio input and output are at the correct levels.\n Deal with technical difficulties and other interruptions.\n Use a background that doesn't distract.\n Avoid awkward moments that can derail virtual meetings or interviews.\n Designate a team leader to manage interaction through messaging.\n Differentiate your team from other engineering firms.\n Use eye connection through the camera to build trust.\n Demonstrate that you are a seamless team\, even virtually.\n Maintain positive body language when sitting in front of a computer.\n Present visuals that support your content effectively.\n\n This 90-minute virtual workshop will include a discussion of the pros and cons of online meeting tools such as Zoom\, WebEx\, Microsoft Teams\, and more.
