He received his engineering and law degrees from the University of Washington\, where he graduated with honors and served as Editor of the Washington Law Review.\n\n \n\nStan serves as counsel for public and private owners\, design firms\, insurers\, product manufacturers\, and numerous professional organizations and societies. He has been involved in most of the major construction projects in the Pacific Northwest as well as significant national and international projects in both contracting and dispute roles\, and is nationally recognized for his work. He devotes his practice to representation of owners\, architects\, engineers\, insurers\, banks and product manufacturers\, including counseling concerning all aspects affecting the construction industry.\n\n\n\nTyler Ferguson serves as Industry Solutions Director at Newforma. Tyler discovered his love of construction as a laborer in the 1990s\, but soon realized greater satisfaction came in solving problems and finding better ways to work. To combine his interests\, he became an engineer. He approaches business productivity issues with an engineer's mindset analyzing processes\, diagnosing workflow issues\, and formulating solutions. He began his career as a project engineer with Corna Kokosing Construction Company in Columbus\, Ohio\, where he reviewed and approved technical documentation and worked with architects and engineers to solve field issues. Tyler holds a bachelors degree in civil engineering from The Ohio State University\, and still cannot believe he has lived to see a Cleveland sports team win a championship.
