Team members don’t know who to contact, lack the skills to know what to do or say when face to face in a BD situation, and feel pressured to get results immediately. The result is a few rainmakers bring in most of the work while everyone else focuses on doing the work.
Transform Your BD Mindset from Selling to Solving Problems is a half-day workshop for A/E/C technical professionals and marketers. Participants will learn how to overcome the fear of business development, gain skills they can use immediately, and set realistic goals. The workshop will also include interactive exercises to reinforce the new information and a guidebook that summarizes the strategies.
The workshop is based on JTG’s experience facilitating business development programs at more than a dozen A/E/C firms across the country. Participants will complete a short online survey after registering to ensure the content addresses their needs and receive follow up materials they can use with their team.
