Event Description:
Re-opening offices during COVID is complex. It takes detailed planning and flawless communication. In this webinar, Grace Burley from Witt O'Brien's will walk through the planning steps to re-open offices in a partial and full capacity. This presentation will offer insights and guidance into the planning efforts behind employees returning to the office. It will involve strategic thinking, detailed tactical work, and the delicate communication of both. Employees are going to be scared and, admittedly, they are goin to judge leadership on how well the organization is prepared to protect them. Preparing for "Day 1" may take weeks.

Topics will include:
  • Strategic Planning for the New Normal
  • Planning for Partial Opening
  • Preparing the Office Environment to Re-Open
  • Preparing the Communication
