Event Description:
Despite our best efforts, issues on projects arise, and sometimes we need to deliver bad news to clients. But how do you manage these conversations with tact, skill and poise? Join our panel of experienced managers as they share their experiences navigating difficult discussions with clients while keeping their relationships intact. The panel will share best practices for how to tell a client a project is over budget, behind schedule, or that you can't meet the project goals. Plus, we'll discuss handling an accident or personal injury on a job site, and tips for planning ahead for bad news. Come ready with questions for a lively discussion on surviving your stickiest client situations:
