Event Description:
This panel will discuss the role of today's board and corporate governance in A/E companies. The panelists will compare the advantages of including external directors, discuss how boards should interact with company management, and relate their experiences with board structure and standing committees. They will also talk about what makes a good internal director, and how to find good external directors. The panelists include current and former CEOs and internal directors of local ACEC Firms.
