Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) can be valuable tools to manage your company’s financial performance.  Engineering professionals have an abundance of data available to calculate KPIs but it isn’t always clear which KPIs matter the most and what they mean to your business. 
This interactive workshop will provide you with practical skills to identify KPIs relevant to your business.  You will also learn how to calculate and more importantly, interpret common KPIs for engineering firms.

About the Presenter: 

Karen Ledbetter is a CPA practicing with Clark Nuber, P.S., an award–winning CPA firm based in Bellevue, Washington. Karen is a shareholder in the firm and a graduate of Western Washington University. She focuses her practice on financial statement reporting and general business consulting for privately-owned commercial businesses. She has extensive experience in public accounting and private industry accounting. Karen serves a client base that includes a large number of engineering and consulting firms.
