Developing Leaders Group Risk Management 2025
The higher you rise, the more risk you carry.
As a leader in a design firm, you're expected to spot risk before it becomes a crisis — for your team, your projects, and your business.
But most emerging leaders never get formal training in risk management. That’s where we come in.
Join the ACEC Developing Leaders Group on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 5–7 PM
for an interactive session built to help you lead with confidence and foresight.
In this session, you’ll learn how to:
✅ Identify insurable and operational risks (and what to actually do about them)
✅ Respond early to issues that threaten project delivery or team trust
✅ Track and value risks across personnel, profitability, and long-term firm health
