Event Description:
Join the ACEC Developing Leaders group (DLG) for a happy hour and panel discussion on June 26, 2025, from 5–7 PM, focused on "Challenges Faced by PMs post-pandemic." This event is part of ACEC Washington DLG’s ongoing effort to equip emerging leaders with firsthand insights into effective project and team management. The event is open to professionals of all levels. Our panel will feature Paul Garrett, a Principal at KBA, Grace Manzano, PM at Seattle Public Utilities, and Elizabeth Garras, PE, from P2S, who will share their experiences and strategies in navigating post-pandemic project challenges.

DLG events are tailored for engineers with 5–15 years of experience looking to strengthen their leadership skills and connect with peers in the industry.
