You’ll get valuable information on how the economy has impacted Northwest Engineering firms’ compensation practices and benefits programs over the last 12 to 24 months.

Speakers
Grant McDonald, Consultant and Managing Principal, TRUEbenefits LLC.  Grant has been a leader in the employee benefits field for more than 25 years.  He works with Northwest clients of all sizes representing many diverse industries, but he has a special affinity for the engineering and design field.  Grant and his team at TRUEbenefits began performing industry specific benefits benchmarking and trend surveys to support their engineering and design clients and were pleased to combine their efforts with ACEC Washington to help perform ACEC's 2015 Salary and Benefits Survey.  TRUEbenefits is a Northwest employee benefits and consulting firm that supports more than 150 employer clients.  They are experts in health and welfare and qualified retirement planning.

Lindsay Sauerlender, HR Services Partner, Alera ConnectHR. As HR Services Partner for Alera ConnectHR, Lindsay works with business leaders across the Pacific Northwest to identify and implement solutions for the unique HR needs of each organization. With a background in Human Resource Management, she has experience advising executives on a broad spectrum of workforce demands, including compensation, hiring, performance management, policies and handbooks, compliance, and HR systems. Lindsay received her Human Resources Management certificate and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification.
