Come join us as TRUEbenefits and Archbright share information on current trends gleaned from the 2017 ACEC Washington & Oregon Salary and Benefits Survey. You’ll get valuable information on how the economy has impacted Northwest Engineering firms’ compensation practices and benefits programs over the last 12 to 24 months.
TRUEbenefits is a leading Northwest employee benefits consulting firm. Archbright has managed compensation and benefits surveys for a number of years. They have managed the United Way “not-for-profit” salary and benefits survey for Washington employers for over 10 years.

Speakers
Grant McDonald, Consultant and Managing Principal, TRUEbenefits LLC.  Grant has been a leader in the employee benefits field for more than 25 years.  He works with Northwest clients of all sizes representing many diverse industries, but he has a special affinity for the engineering and design field.  Grant and his team at TRUEbenefits began performing industry specific benefits benchmarking and trend surveys to support their engineering and design clients and were pleased to combine their efforts with ACEC Washington to help perform ACEC's 2015 Salary and Benefits Survey.  TRUEbenefits is a Northwest employee benefits and consulting firm that supports more than 150 employer clients.  They are experts in health and welfare and qualified retirement planning.

Whittney DideonDirector, HR Systems & Services, Archbright.   Whittney Dideon, PHR, CPP has more than 15 years of HR Management experience in all aspects of Human Resources, Payroll and HRCM system management.  She is responsible for developing and managing Compensation & HR Consulting, Payroll, Retirement, Affirmative Action Planning and Wage and Benefit Surveys for Archbright.
Archbright is a go-to resource for employers in Washington State focused on helping companies elevate workplace performance. Prior to joining Archbright in 2014, she worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, high-tech, healthcare, legal and consulting. She has her BS in Business Administration and MS in Human Resources in addition to her Professional Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certifications.
