Sam Zolfagharian
Dr. Sam Zolfagharian is the Co-Founder and President of YegaTech www.yegatech.com a tech consulting company whose mission is to help AEC leaders and executives with their AI strategy, governance, and AI execution plan. Sam is an AI keynote speaker, author, and co-creator of YegaTech’s AI innovation framework, which is now being used to develop AI strategies and AI governance across the AEC industry. Her expertise and visionary approach are focused on the future of work in the AI era, guiding organizations toward sustainable and strategic business models.

Justin Reinert
Justin Reinert is an experienced Talent Leader with over 20 years of corporate learning experience. He holds an MA in Educating Adults from DePaul University, along with multiple industry leading certifications, including the CPTD and SPHR. He has led learning at organizations as large as HSBC and Oracle and built award winning learning functions at smaller high-growth firms.
He is currently the Founder & Principal of Performance Accelerated Learning, providing executive coaching and bespoke talent development programs across multiple industries. In addition, he’s the VP of Partnerships for Brain Aware Training.

Kristi L. Weierbach
Kristi focuses her extensive expertise on helping clients design a workforce that is not only prepared for the future, but one that leverages disruption to thrive and succeed. Weaving together a unique blend of anticipatory tools and insights with practical solutions, Kristi provides clients with an organizational architecture that empowers them for the NextGen.

Josh Brown
Josh Brown is the Executive Director of the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC), which supports regional growth, transportation, and economic development. PSRC allocates over $250 million annually for transportation projects and provides key data on the economy, population, and housing. Amid public health and economic challenges, Josh works to bring leaders together to address shared regional issues. Previously, he served two terms as Kitsap County Commissioner and was PSRC President for two years. Before that, he worked as a commercial real estate broker. A Puget Sound native, Josh earned a degree in city and regional planning from UC Berkeley.

Christine Brewer
Christine Brewer is the Principal Lobbyist for Brewer Public Affairs, specializing in representing clients in matters that affect them before the Washington State Legislature, the executive branch and state agencies.
Prior to starting on her own, Christine was the Director of Government Affairs for two of the largest state agencies in Washington State: Department of Social and Health Services and the Department of Labor and Industries as well as lobbying for the Associated General Contractors of Washington.
