She has most recently spent her time working with employers to optimize their pharmacy plans in an expensive, complex and challenging environment. She relies heavily on her foundation of finance, and her focus on helping clients manage their people , she provides balanced, thoughtful and strategic consulting. Thomas Showalter, Head of Client Engagement & Lead Compensation Consultant. Thomas helps employers develop and lead highly engaged and productive workforces. As the Head of Client Engagement at Wilson Albers, an Alera Group company, he heads a team of employee benefit, retirement plan, and HR professionals all focused on collaborating with their clients to achieve their workforce goals through smart, well-executed employment strategies. As a Lead Compensation Consultant, Thomas provides executive and compensation consulting services to clients in the NW and beyond. Thomas is a Certified Compensation Professional and SHRM Certified Professional and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Oregon.
